Kirk Gilchrist – Senior Pastor
Kirk studied theology at Hebron (Zion) Ministerial Institute in Waverly, NY, and has taught classes and seminars around the world and around the United States. Kirk is a businessman, president/CEO of Shepherd Industries, co-owner/partner of MKG Homes and had also previously owned and operated Gilchrist Construction and CFS (CAD/Facilities Services) – with all the businesses dedicated to channeling revenues to the mission field. Kirk is also on the board of directors of Joshua House Ministries, a non-profit organization for helping troubled youth get a new start in life as well as Inn Ministries – a missionary work in Guatemala. He also is overseer of numerous churches throughout the U.S. and Mexico. He and his wife, Carolyn, have been married 25 years and have five children: Rebekah, Benjamin, Joseph, Daniel and Leah.

David Hayner – Associate Pastor
David has served in the United States Army for 23 years and retired in May 2008. Although he was an Infantry Platoon Sergeant, leading his soldiers into hostile theaters like Kuwait, Africa, and Iraq, God used him for his true calling: Ministry. He has planted churches in Djibouti, Africa, Schweinfurt, Germany, and has ministered all over the world. Throughout his Army career, David has lead countless soldiers to the Lord through preaching, teaching, and living out the Word and lifestyle of Jesus. David has served in many positions of the church such as Praise and Worship Leader, Youth Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, Visitation Pastor, and Associate Pastor. His education consists of a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice as well as the study and preaching of God’s Word for 19 years. David credits a huge amount of his success, and being the man of God he is, to his beautiful wife of 27 years and best friend, Cheri. God has also blessed David and Cheri with three awesome children: Tiffany, Tony, and Brittany which all have godly spouses; Joshua, Michael and Hannah, as well as two joyous grandchildren and one on the way: Josiah, Jalynn, and Bebe Doc.

Christopher Hopper – Teen & College Pastor
Christopher is an international conference speaker, worship leader, recording artist, and published author. He travels the globe each year preaching the Gospel and inspiring his generation to greatness. He and his wife, Jennifer, have dedicated their lives to influencing young people for Jesus, as well as affecting culture around them through music, photography, and writing. Christopher is also the president of DIBOR, and has numerous business interests. They have two children, Evangeline Mae and Luik Christopher, and a third on the way.

Tom Allen – Visitation Pastor
Tom attended high school at West Canada Valley in Newport, NY. He served in the United States Marine Corps, touring Vietnam from 1966 to 1967, and was honorably discharged in 1970. He has also served the Body of Christ in numerous churches as Usher, Deacon, Elder and Associate Pastor. More recently he has become deeply involved with teaching, preaching, and prison ministry. He is a licensed Pastor, Associate Pastor, and has received a 2 Year Certificate of Award from Rhema Bible College. Tom and his wife Joanne have been married for 43 years have three children, Gregory, Ann Marie, and Kenneth, as well as 9 grandchildren. Tom & Joanne’s mission in life is to glorify God.
