40 Days of Prayer and Fasting
On February 14th, we're heading into a an intense season of seeking the Lord by observing a Biblical 40 day fast. We're asking each individual to listen to the Lord and abstain from whatever He instructs, from food to media to behavior, and for however long He asks during this time span. The purpose of this fast to corporately seek the Lord for breakthrough in Jefferson County and beyond, distancing ourselves from a Spirit of Unbelief (Mark 9:28-29), and denying our flesh to better hear his voice. Building Tour
On March 14 we are glad to be opening up our facility for all to see what has been done in the former Hoyt Theater, and the plans we have for the unfinished phases. This Sunday will be a service directed towards visitors and will include the revealing of logos, functionality, and vision for the future of New Life. Our heart is to use our facility to better serve Jefferson County. 33live is once again proud to announce Operation High Life! Three schools in Jefferson County are on the list for this Spring semester: Thousand Island's, Watertown, and Indian River. We all know that the public schools are in desperate need of a spiritual revival, and we are doing something about it! This time encompasses renting out the school auditorium on a week night and packing it full of young people. Roof Mural
Many of you have seen the results of having an old roof on this building, whether it be getting leaked on during service or noticing the places on the ceiling that water has damaged. There was even a leak in the sanctuary that completely ruined the sound board causing us to have to buy a new one. It is clear this building needs a new roof. Rather than just ask you for money, we developed a project that seeks to incorporate creativity with practicality by mixing artwork with a fundraiser.
