Church Code
Following the ways of Jesus is central to each of our lives. Our personal relationship with Jesus is the most important thing.
WE KEEP JESUS AT THE CENTER.
WE BELIEVE IN EVERY ONE.
We accept people where they are, how they are, and encourage them to grow into who God has created them to be. We are a "do right by others" community.
Every interaction matters and we strive to leave people and places better than we found them.
WE ADD VALUE EVERYWHERE.
WE ARE SERVANT LEADERS.
If you're too big to serve then you are too small to lead. From the parking lot to the pulpit, everyone serves. Every role is different but they are all important. "If you ain't serving, you ain't helping!"
We are encouragers, truth speakers, grace givers, and gossip intolerant in a "help me understand" community.

SPEAK
LIFE.
WE DON'T MAINTAIN, WE MULTIPLY.
We are faith-filled big thinkers. We dream big, celebrate big, and take big risks because we serve a big God.
We unapologetically have fun serving Jesus with people we love. Church should be enjoyed, not endured. We embrace a culture of celebration.

We are driven in our mission to fill targeted, tangible needs both locally and globally within our limited capacity.
We are blessed so we can be a blessing.
WE ARE PASSIONATE GIVERS OF OUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY.
WE ARE SPIRITUAL CONTRIBUTORS NOT MERELY SPIRITUAL CONSUMERS.
The church does not only exist for us. We are the church and we exist for the world.
To reach people no one is reaching, we will have to do things no one is doing.
WE WILL DO ANYTHING SHORT OF SIN TO REACH PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW JESUS.
WE GIVE UP THINGS WE LOVE FOR THE THINGS WE LOVE EVEN MORE.
We will say NO to a lot of good things, so we can say YES to a few great things. We can do more by doing less. It's about focused excellence.
